At Ola Leslie Solicitors, we aim to provide a high standard of service to all of our clients. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please let us know so that we can try to resolve the issue.

 

Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your matter. 

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a concern about our service or about a bill you have received, please contact us with the details of your complaint.

 

You can make a complaint by writing to us or by email.

 

Please provide as much detail as possible about your concern so that we can investigate it properly.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

Acknowledge your complaint, usually within 5 working days.

Review the matter and investigate the issues raised.

Provide a written response explaining our findings and, where appropriate, how we propose to resolve the matter.

Where necessary, we may ask you for additional information to assist our investigation.

If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Response

If you remain dissatisfied after we have responded to your complaint, you may be able to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, which is an independent organisation that investigates complaints about legal services.

 

You normally need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within:

 

six months after receiving our final response to your complaint, and
no more than one year from the date of the act or omission about which you are complaining.
