Green Light Pharmacy (Rating: 4.9)

If you’re looking for snobby attitudes and snarky remarks, head to the pharmacy at this Green Light Pharmacy. Not sure if being rude is a requirement at this location, but they seem to prioritize that trait. I’ve had two different women be rude over simple questions. I’ve witnessed on 3 separate occasions people getting into arguments with the pharmacy staff, and I don’t go there often. I thought it was just me, but after reading the other reviews, it seems they need to let those employees find new jobs that they don’t hate and find some employees that can be professional.

This location offers your excellent experience. During my visits, this store always seems organized, and a staff member(s) is all ready to assist the cash register.

ED Means Pharmacy (Rating: 4.3)

Having worked retail, I am very aware of the problems this staff faces. They are people I would dream of working with! The pharmacist stayed late to do a transfer for me when I forgot my mess and went out of town. They are always nice and quick! Amazing, and I will be driving 25 minutes to use them regardless of the drive!

Amazing service! Another chain pharmacy recommended ED Means to us, and we were so grateful they did. We needed a CPAP mask in a pinch, and they worked with us to find the right one. Best in St. Joe!

Clockwork Pharmacy (Rating: 3.8)

I was very frustrated that I had gone online and scheduled to get my flu vaccination today at Clockwork Pharmacy in Leavenworth. When I got there, there was a very long line. When I spoke up and said that I had a scheduled appointment, I was told they had no record of my appointment, and the woman behind the counter with the name tag Barb said, “oh, we never get those.” Despite the fact that I had the reservation reminder saved on my phone, I was still expected to wait behind about 8-10 walk-in clients. Furthermore, the same woman was wearing her mask so far below her nose that I could see her complete upper lip, and as a high-risk individual, it concerned me that a pharmacy technician would not have more respect for the public. In all, I took me over an hour to get a 1-minute flu vaccine, and there were multiple people waiting around not socially distancing themselves so that I had to walk away from the area to keep myself at a distance. I thought the whole thing was very poorly done, and I feel someone should teach Barb the importance of wearing her mask the right way and the value of treating customers with respect. I will say the pharmacist actually gave me the shot was very nice and acted professionally.

They told me they didn’t have my prescription for a month. I called 4 times, and they said they didn’t have it. I later found out they had it the whole time.

Nashi Pharmacy (Rating: 3.5)

Slow as molasses pharmacy that is constantly understaffed, I’m switching to CVS. I had to wait 20 minutes in line before the car in front of me got their prescription and moved, and when it was my turn to hurry up and wait, the pharmacist had the audacity to ask me to drive around the loop so they could help the car behind me while they finished my prescription. I look in the rearview mirror, and there are THREE cars waiting. How do I know their prescriptions are ready? I ordered the prescriptions to be picked up two hours earlier. They hadn’t even started them when I got there 2 hours later. If you need a prescription due to an emergency, don’t go to this Walgreens, you’ll probably die before it’s ready.

Went to Nashi Pharmacy to pick up a time-sensitive medication. Сlerk said it wasn’t available for another week. She was wrong! MD was notified. Without this medication, I suffer tremors. I had to endure pain because of this clerk’s error.
